Top 100 #Kidmin Blogs

I walked out of my first PreCon Lab at D6 Conference and checked Twitter.  My #kidmin column was filled with tweets about Tony Kummer’s Top 100 Children’s Ministry Blogs.

It was neat to see that this blog came in at #7.  Considering my inconsistency in blogging over the past several months I assumed that readership was down.  In all honesty, I don’t track data.  I’ve got an analytics account but it doesn’t make much sense to me.  Let’s just say my brain doesn’t work that way and it’s too much effort to understand it.  So I opt not to.  Call it the ‘path of least resistance’.  Or just call it lazy… I don’t know.

Either way, many of the blogs listed in the top 100 are by authors whom I admire, respect and desire to learn more from.  I love having access to the thoughts of others that aim for the same thing I do… to lead kids to love Christ with their whole life.

btw… one blog Tony left out of the competition was his own.  Which clearly would hit #1.  But that’s the kind of guy Tony is.  :)
