Series Premier – “Real Ministry”

Hopefully you’ve heard by now that there are a LOT of changes coming to OrangeLeaders.com beginning in October. We’ll be telling you about them all between now and then so that you’ll be in the loop. We have spoken to lots of leaders and asked them what would be the most helpful information on our blog. One response we heard loud and clear is that leaders want to connect with other leaders and learn from them. So we’re introducing a weekly blog series called “Real Ministry.” We are trying this out through the end of this year, and you guys are welcome to provide feedback all along the way. Here’s the skinny….

We’ll begin tracking four different churches on their journey to becoming Orange. These four churches are in geographically different parts of the US…different models of church…different ages…different sizes…and they are in different stages of implementing Orange. One of them is a traditional church trying to turn the corner. One of them has full support from the senior pastor. One of them is less than a year old but starting with family experiences. One of them is portable and sets up every week. One of them is multi-site.

ALL of them are going to share their successes, challenges, mistakes and lessons learned with you over the next few months. Each week we’ll check in with one of the four churches to get their update via a short video.

So, without further ado….meet the first two “Real Ministry” churches, Watermarke Church and Concordia Church:

IS THIS GOING TO BE HELPFUL TO YOU AS A MINISTRY LEADER?
