Greg Baird

What matters most in your role as a Children’s Ministry leader? Here are a few thoughts & the order I would place these priorities (although, obviously, there is significant overlap):

A growing & healthy walk with God.

A growing & healthy relationship with their family.

A strong & supportive relationship with their lead pastor & staff.

Aligning ministry vision with the overall vision of the church.

Developing leaders.

Growing their team & equipping their leaders.

Equipping parents to disciple their own children.

Creating engaging programs with the goal of life-change.

Everything else.

see here for the difference between "developing" & "equipping" leaders

What would you add or change?
