We've all been there. There are seasons where you need new life to flow into your ministry.
Here are 5 ways to bring it.
. Perhaps your vision has waned. Cast a new vision or resurrect your current vision. Make it a vision worth following. A cause people will give their life to. Make it simple and easy to remember. Communicate it often and with passion.
. New volunteers bring life and excitement. Their enthusiasm can spread to your current volunteers. One of the best things you can do for your veterans is put a rookie by their side.
. Create a new logo for your ministry. Put a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Bring in some creative decorations or theming. A new look will create a buzz.
of curriculum. Have you been using the same curriculum for years? Are your teachers bored with it? Do the kids need something more challenging? A new curriculum approach might be just what you need.
. What are the core values that drive your ministry? Do they match up with where you want to go? they moving you forward? Maybe it's time to assess and change what is going to be important to the ministry.
