I Feel Useless

What’s a blogger to do?  I’m dry and can’t think of anything to write about.  There’s a ton going on in the world that I could write about, but today I feel like I don’t have anything useful to say about any of it.

I’m sure you can relate to that “useless” feeling.  You get up and function, but you just don’t feel like much use.  You feel uninspired, sluggish, unfocused or just plain tired.

When this happens to me I stop and listen.  Today I’m taking 10 minutes to do just that.  I’m going to start with this prayer, “Lord, reveal to me what I need to learn.  Tell me what I need to hear.”  Then I’ll sit…listen…and hopefully learn.

Maybe you should try it.

Wow, looks like I had something useful to say after all.
